Tracy Scanlan is a friend I met when he worked at Martin Marietta in Washington DC. We later worked on other projects and proposals in Colorado Springs.
Tracy and his family live in Colorado Springs where he has retired. Tracy's son, Sean, swims multiple events at USA Swimming's Western Sectional Meets. (USA Swimming is the ruling body for sanctioned swimming meets in the United States.) Sean swims with the Air Force Academy Falfins swim club and his high school, where he holds 6 of 12 school records. Look for Sean to be a candidate for future Olympics competition.
